  • Forsyth Medical Center North Pavilion is a 9 story cast-in-place post tensioned concrete addition
  • 355,000 additional square feet
  • 1600 space cast-in-place post tensioned concrete parking deck
  • included an underground utility tunnel serving the new addition
  • new Central Energy Plant with boilers and generators
  • separate Chiller Plant addition
  • also renovated 109,000 square feet of existing space
  • new Cancer Center addition
  • new Conference Center

On behalf of the entire North Pavilion Project Team, we would like to thank Milestone for your participation in making this project a huge success.  Your expertise helped our project team establish a realistic plan organized in a fashion that was easy to manage and interpret.  Milestone's process for updating and maintaining the plan was instrumental in identifying potential pitfalls and setbacks in advance.  This allowed the team to plan and implement corrective measure to avoid possible delays.  The process was instrumental in finishing this $112,000,000 project over two and one half months early. Thanks again for making the planning aspect of this project a rewarding experience.  We look forward to extending this experience and our relationship with Milestone to future projects.
