We believe discovering is about finding the answers.  Finding your answers.  Someone has to go first.  Let us do that.  We’re good at it.  We are thorough.  We will study the details.  We will find things you and your team may not look for until next fall.  That’s what we do.  Wouldn’t you like to choose your path?  We will discover problems and issues and tell you where to watch your step.  Is that worth something?  We think so.  What would you do with the money you saved if we could save you three weeks before you ever started?  It may be a question you’ve never been asked.

Reports.  Bar Charts.  Critical Paths.  Total Float.  We know what these terms mean.  You may too.  But we’ve found the best way to tell someone something is never by using technical terms.

We want to show you your project in a new way.  Milestone Planning Graphics are one of those ways.  We’ll put your work on a picture.  Pictures are easy to understand.  Pictures show you the way.

Site photos are another way.  We take lots of photos.  We will walk the job site from end to end.  Every time.  Progress is never a question because we will put eyes and a camera lens on your work.  But anyone can take a photo.  That’s true, but when you’ve seen a lot of projects you come to realize that what you take pictures of is the secret.  And we know that secret.

So we’ll meet and show you what we saw.  Let’s discuss how to achieve “better.”  Who doesn’t want “better?” The only agenda we have is the facts.  And we’ll pass those facts onto you so you can move forward.  We’ll discuss the plan.  We’ll discuss life.  Because the whole point of having a good plan is to free you up to do the things you really love.

So we’ve met. And we’ve talked. Now we will illustrate your new plan with graphics, photos, and reports that are easy to read, that won’t waste your time.  We’ll write down what we’ve agreed on and we’ll send it to you.  The next day.  Because you have things to do.  And we know that.

We will arm you with information that you can understand.  We all answer to somebody, and those meetings are more fun when you have answers.

The pictures on the Cancer Center speak a thousand words. I do not get a chance to get down there as much as I would like to. You have really opened our eyes. You have a very good eye at pointing out areas that need attention. I just wish our superintendents could see these areas as well as you do. We appreciate the service and professional work ethic that Milestone provides during our time together.
